Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to this website. We believe in respecting the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect the same respect for our rights. The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) allows copyright owners or their agents to submit takedown notices to us to protect their rights. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the DMCA’s “safe harbor” provisions. To submit a valid infringement claim, certain information must be provided as listed below:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or their authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Details of the infringing material, including the URL to help locate it;
  4. Contact information of the complaining party;
  5. A statement confirming the unauthorized use of the material;
  6. A statement that the notification is accurate and authorized.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in civil penalties under Title 17 USC §512(f). Please send all takedown notices through our Contact page via email for prompt processing.

It is important to note that we may share the identity of the copyright claimant with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree to this communication.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you receive a takedown notice for your material, you can send a counter notification to request the restoration of the content. Certain elements are required for the counter notification to be valid, as per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):

  1. Your signature;
  2. Description of the removed material;
  3. Statement affirming belief in mistaken removal;
  4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Submit your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We have a strict policy against copyright infringement and identify repeat offenders. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated as per DMCA requirements.
